From 23rd November 2020 pharmacies will no longer be able to order prescriptions on behalf of patients
You will need to order repeat medication directly via your GP practice, not via your pharmacy, online pharmacy (i.e. Pharmacy 2U) or medical equipment supplier. You can order in the following ways: –
- Online via Patient Access
- Approved app, i.e. MyGP
- Tick off what you need on the repeat order slip and drop the request into our letterbox or send via post.
- Email repeat requests to [email protected]

This only affects the ordering of your prescription.
When you order your repeat prescription directly through your GP practice, your pharmacy will continue to collect or receive your prescription as before. Pharmacies may also continue to deliver your prescription if you currently receive this service.
